Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of one parcel currently developed with one vacant building. The Site formerly operated as a fueling station and the fuel dispensers, fuel ports, and ventilation pipes remain on the property. A fuel dispenser island was noted in the 1974 aerial photograph of the Site. Additionally, fuel dispensers, fuel ports, and UST ventilation pipes were observed during the Site reconnaissance. No tank registration or closure documentation was available for the Site. Based on the likely presence of the UST system with unknown closure status, there is potential for a release on the Site to have impacted the subsurface.
