Additional Property Attributes

Current vacant property, developed with building previously used as JC Penney department store, planned commercial future use. Physical structure of building is in very poor condition. MDEQ letter dated 8/27/15 stated that ionable material such as one 5-gallon container of hydraulic oil, several car batteries, and several containers of various paints should be disposed/recycled in an appropriate manner.
