Site has been redeveloped with a restaurant.

Former Use: Historical directory listings, aerial photographs, and maps dating back to 1888 indicate that the Site was developed with a single-family residence from 1888 through the 1920s. Directory listings and maps from the 1940s and 1950s indicate that tax lot 6300 was occupied by a service station. Tax lot 6200 was developed as a restaurant from the 1950s through 1999, and as a day spa in 2009 and 2013. B & A, Inc. currently is the Site owner. During an interview conducted on February 18, 2015, Ms. Ada Lee of B & A, Inc. stated that she has owned the Site since the early 1970s. Amec Foster Wheeler contacted the City of Eugene Building Permit Services, requesting a search of records regarding a service station and/or underground storage tanks (USTs) at the Site. Ms. Betty Artman of Building Permit Services conducted a search of City permit records, and was unable to identify records regarding a service station or underground storage tanks. Ms. Artman found permit records indicating that a foundation for a restaurant building was constructed at 135 W. 11th Avenue in the 1940s.
