Additional Property Attributes

Phase II report recommends removal of free phase product and remediation of petroleum affected soil. (PPF - Palmetto Upholstery, 10-24-07) Property owner is unwilling to proceed with further action. For grant purposes, this project is considered closed.

Former Use: Main building and warehouse used by Palmetto Upholstery since 1999; past owners were Fixture Perfect Showcase (1992-1999), Drake Plumbing and Heating (1969-1992), Draywell Supply and Anchor Supply (1964-1969). Residence also on property and is currently vacant. Fabric and furniture storage and workspace for re-upholstery work.(PPF - Palmetto Upholstery, 2/15/06)
