� The Property is comprised of one parcel of land; � Electric utilities are known to service the Property; � The Property is described as: Lot Eighteen (18), Block Fifteen (15), South Oklahoma Addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; � The Property is currently comprised of a vacant building; � The Property is relatively flat; � The Property elevation is approximately 1190 feet above mean sea level (MSL); � The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; � The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary alluvium from the Holocene period; � Soils at the Property are primarily classified as urban land; � State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells or groundwater monitoring wells have been located on the Property; � According to historic sources, the Property was previously developed with various commercial businesses, including a dry cleaner and an auto repair facility.

Former Use: � The Property was identified in EDR�s US Historic Auto Stations database; � One CERC-NFRAP, one RCRA CORRACTS, one RCRA-SQG, two RCRA-CESQG, 15 LUST, 10 UST, and four VCP sites are located within the respective ASTM E1527-13 search radii; and � One RCRA-SQG, one RCRA-CESQG, four UST, one US Brownfields, one SWRCY, four HIST UST, eight EDR US Historic Auto Stations and four EDR � Two potential RECs were identified on the Property. Historic city directories and Sanborn fire insurance maps indicate a dry cleaner was previously located on the lot. EDR�s US Historic Auto Stations database identified a former auto repair shop on the lot; and � Several uses of environmental concern, including an adjacent CESQG/Brownfields site, a transmission shop, and an adjacent gas station with a UST possibly abandoned in place, present potential RECs the Property.
