Additional Property Attributes

The site was built in circa 1894 and was used as a residence and letter a small hotel. Within the subject property there is a two story structure with a construction area of 597 square feet. The structure has a living room, lobby, anteroom, dining room, six bedrooms, pantry, kitchen and bathroom. The patio has a garage, manger and latrine for servants.

Former Use: The site was built in circa 1894 based on information included in the original building plans. The two-story structure was the former residence of Mr. Don Juan Iglesias, MD, designed by Engineer Manuel V. Domenech. Additional information gathered from the Property Registry office indicates that the property was inherited from Mr. Iglesias by his nephew Mr. Manuel de la Pila in 1899. Since then, the property continued to be the family residence until the widow of Mr. Manuel de la Pila, Mrs. Gloria Marina del Carmen Valdecilla and her daughter Mrs. Marcela de la Pila Valdecilla sold the property in 1976 to Marina 33 Corporation, owned by Mr. Zen�n Mart� After its closure in 1984 the property was sold to Marina Court Inc. owned by Mr. Antonio Luis D�. At present the property is vacant and under renovation for a future bed and breakfast. At present the property belongs to Mr. Brian Donald Richards.
