Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is occupied by one cinder-block, slab-on-grade building that occupies approximately 14,500 square feet of area on the southern half of the property. The building was constructed in 1970 and was used as a grocery store under the names of Foodtown or Greers (former owner) from 1971 to 1995. The property was acquired by the adjoining Bethel Assembly of God Academy/Church in 2002. The church/academy uses the building for storage and the parking lot for church parking.
