Former Use: The subject property is currently occupied by K & W Manufacturing, a welding and machining facility which began operating at the site in approximately 1979. Historically the site was used as a laundry and dry cleaning chemical supply/distribution warehouse, owned and operated by Carman Conley, Inc. As a result of an assessment conducted on the neighboring property to the west, the Site was discovered to be contaminated with tetrachloroethene (PCE). KPRG and Associates, Inc. (KPRG) has been working on behalf of the property owner to investigate and remediate the site. This funding has been used to further delineate degree and extent.
