Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was listed in the Polk City Directories as a residence as early as 1956 to 1960 and Jackson's Garage from 1965 to 2005. In addition, the EDR regulatory database report identified the site as a former leaking underground storage tank (LUST) and underground storage tank (UST) facility. The database that USTs were present at the site as early as 1971, and removed from service in May 1997.
