Hi-Line Cleaners, which provides dry-cleaning and shoe repair services and also operates as a shoe and fishing retailer, has occupied the target property since 1957. The owner wishes to sell to a buyer who would redevelop as a restaurant, which would be the second restaurant in the small community.
