Additional Property Attributes

Building has been vacant since 2012, due to substandard waterline and extensive mold damage. Owner plans to demolish the motel, and perform substantial renovation of the former bar/restaurant to allow sale, rather than keep the site vacant and dilapidated.

Former Use: Veterans Building Association, Inc. became owner 1947. Original building was torn down and current Vets Club building was built in 1953.
