Additional Property Attributes

As a Small Quantity Generator of hazardous waste the facility received notice of violations in 1986. The property achieved compliance in 1987. The facility generated wastes that fit into the category of F002 waste codes. Former Use: The property consist of a 2-acre parcel of land improved with a vacant industrial building and associated parking lots. The building is centrally located on the property. Parking is located on the western portion of the property with grass covered land making up the remainder of the property. The property is situated in a relatively flat area characterized by residential and recreational land uses. Historically, this land was used for farming and then for commercial purposes. The most recently identified owner is Electro Chemical Coatings, Inc.
