Additional Property Attributes

Several areas of light to heavy surface staining were observed in interior of buildings as well as exterior areas of the property. Additionally, a PCE release from an AST and the closure of an unlined industrial wastewater lagoon at the south neighboring property has impacted groundwater on the southern portion of this site. Vinyl chloride, cis-1,2, dichloroethene (10 to 100 ppb) and MTBE (2.1 micrograms/L) have been detected. Additionally, one pad-mounted transformer on site has been identified by LES to be assumed contaminated with PCB.

Former Use: The site was formerly used for steel fabrication, boiler fabrication, and vehicle and equipment storage. Six buildings remain on site.
