Additional Property Attributes

This property had been abandoned for several years until the potential purchaser (Newman Machine) leased the property in 2013. Newman wanted to purchase the property and expand their industrial operations but needed a Phase II ESA completed to obtain a loan to buy the property. The BF Assessment Grant provided these much-needed funds which allowed the property to be assessed and Newman to obtain the loan. Minimal contaminants were detected.
