Additional Property Attributes

Former Housing Authority HQ and maintenance facility, including vehicle maintenance along with a paint storage shop and carpentry shop. Prime location on a major highway at the entrance to downtown Greensboro. VOCs were detected within groundwater at the Site. The groundwater impacts are associated with an off-site dry-cleaning facility. These impacts may pose an exposure risk to construction workers and/or future site occupants via direct contact or inhalation of organic vapors (i.e. vapor intrusion).
