Additional Property Attributes

Historic furniture mill where a potential developer utilized the grant funds for a Phase II assessment and has entered the NCDENR Brownfield Program. Plans to redevelop the property with low-income multi-family housing. Petroleum impacts were discovered to soil and groundwater on the property, however, concentrations are below the Industrial and Residential PSRGs.
