Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Identified uses of the Property included: a coal/lime/stone yard from approximately 1888 to 1917; residences and outbuildings (used for wood working, a livery, a tannery, a leather shop, and storage of feed, straw, or carriages) between 1888 and 1930; pump manufacturing by F.E. Myers between 1904 and 1986; warehousing between 1986 and 1992; book printing by Landoll from 1992 to 2000; and primarily for storage of household goods by Pump House Ministries from the early 2000s until the present. An Asbestos survey was conducted in 2019, and the buildings were planned to be demolished later that year.
