Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed in the late 1800�s for stone cutting operations. A church occupied the site until about 1918. From the late 1930s to mid-1960s the property was used as a gasoline service station and then dry cleaners from the late 1960�s to early 2000�s. The property was privately held until the city of Dayton took ownership in 2011 via tax foreclosure. The property remains vacant.
