Former Use: The Subject Property is currently used as an office for Mr. Uhlhorn and storage. The building was constructed in 1930 by Standard Brands and used as a warehouse for the H.J Heinz Company through approximately 1958. The Wolverine Tube Company occupied the building through 1962 and it was apparently vacant in 1963. An office supply and data processing firm then utilized the building from approximately 1964 through 1985. Mr. Uhlhorn indicated that a print shop was present on site prior to his family purchasing the property in 1988. The Uhlhorn�s leased a portion to Man-Oproducts and used the remaining space for a machine shop. Man-O products manufactured a pre-work hand cream that is resistant to solvents, greases, etc. In addition, Man-O also manufactured soaps and dog shampoo.
