Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on reviewed historical documents, it appears that the Site was undeveloped prior to 1929 when the current building was constructed. The Site was occupied by The Jersey Bread Co., which included a bakery, truck storage garages and a repair shop in the Site building, from 1929 to 1974. An Allis Chalmers branch was also indicated at the Site address in 1940 and may have been associated with an adjacent equipment yard. From 1975 to approximately 1990, the Site was occupied by an industrial mold manufacturer (Mallory Pattern Works formerly known as Erie Mold & Machine). The Site was occupied by Sherman Research Laboratories throughout the majority of the 1990s and may have briefly been occupied by a metal recycling operation circa 1998. It was then occupied by B&T Distributors from 1999 to circa 2006. After being vacant again for a few years, the Site was purchased by Brian Cordray who has used it for auto and auto parts/equipment storage until the present.
