Additional Property Attributes

RECs identified in the Phase I ESA include: interior staining observed adjacent to an on-site spraying and paint storage building, former boiler room, spray booths, piping leading to a creek, possible septic/leach field, former AST areas, asphalt staining and stressed vegetation, hydraulics associated with on-site elevators, PCB, Asbestos, lead based paint, and mold concerns.

Former Use: The site was utilized for furniture manufacturing from approximately 1908 through 2002. During this time, woodworking, assembly, drying, veneer, and finishing operations were performed in manufacturing buildings on the site. in 2017-2018, all structures were razed and debris from demolition activities were either disposed of off-site or have been stored in a pile on the south central portion of the site.
