Additional Property Attributes

The property was formerly a pipe fitting operation. The Oklahoma Industries Authority entered into a consent order for a Brownfields Risk-Based Remediation on 6-9-15. DEQ is paying for oversight costs on this project on it's 128a grant. The amount spent on the Phase I and II/III were estimated. The property was redeveloped into 3 parking areas and one large building complete with a high-bay for engineering updates to B-52 aircraft. The land is owned by Oklahoma Industries Authority and leased by Boeing. Boeing paid for the redevelopment.
