Additional Property Attributes

This brownfield was formerly an auto repair shop. Business activities halted in 1995 and the commercial buildings have since been vacant. The City's Brownfield Program completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in 2015. The City's ESA was requested as part of an "all appropriate inquiry" during a due diligence period when the property was under contract. The transaction never took place. In 2018, the property changed ownerships (at around $350,000 per County records). The brownfield remains vacant and redevelopment is uncertain. It was identified as a brownfield in the 2010 City of Atlanta-U.S. EPA Brownfield Area Wide Planning study.

Former Use: Formerly a car repair shop. Commercial buildings vacant since 1995.
