Historically, the Site was occupied by the Jim Herrick Ford/Lincoln Mercury car dealership from 1967 until 1993. The Site was occupied by Laidlaw Transit, Inc. until approximately 1998. After the Laidlaw occupancy of the Site, the Site was occupied by Great Lakes Auto & Marine for retail marine and automobile parts distribution until January 2015. The Site has been unoccupied since January 2015.
