Proprietary Controls
As per Commission Final Order #557183, a land use restriction preventing groundwater use was applied by the landowner to the former Laverne Gas Plant property. This propertyis in that area, so shallow groundwater in this area should not be used due to petroleum impacts to groundwater.

While TPH was detected in groundwater and BTEX and TPH were detected in soil borings on the north and west property boundaries, near the former Laverne Gas Plant spill/cleanup site, the levels did not exceed Commission standards for cleanup at this category of site.

Site history and the date of the three March 2012 PSI installed borings/monitoring wells indicates that the petroleum detected in the soil and groundwater predates Project Real Estate LLC ownership and activities at this site.
