The first land use identified by Mid-Atlantic at the subject site is from the 1896 Sanborn fire insurance map when the site was occupied by a tin, copper, and iron work shop. The current dry cleaning building was first identified on the 1954 Sanborn map. Interview information indicates that the dry cleaning business shut down in 2013.
