Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property at 1614 West Garden Street, Pensacola, Florida is a 0.76- acre parcel containing a 2,100-square foot, metal-sided building and asphalt parking area. Based upon review of historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, city directories, and interviews with property representatives, the subject property was first developed as a residential property in 1940. Since 1950, the property has been used as an auto repair facility with one building located in the central portion of the property, and another building in the southern portion of the property. In an interview with the property owner, Ms. Murphy stated that during hurricane Ivan in 2004 the building on the southern portion was destroyed and the remaining building in the central portion of the property was utilized thereafter.
