Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 1/2 acre property has full block frontage to Colfax Avenue. Based on Sanborn maps, the property was historically subdivided into two parcels each shown as corner gas stations as early as 1930. Some time in the 1960's it appears that both stations closed. During the 1980's and early 1990's the property was used as a new and used car lot.
