The site is an unoccupied mobile home development consisting of 13 mobile homes, all single story buildings. One home has a concrete block basement. Six detached sheds are also present on the property. A single paved driveway leads to gravel parking for each of the individual units, and a drainage ravines along the northern property line discharges surface water from east to west.

Former Use: Property was undeveloped prior to 1965; mobile home park can first be seen on aerial photos from 1974.
