Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document the subject property was first developed prior to 1897 with two residential dwellings on the southern portion. A third dwelling was constructed on the southwestern portion between 1897 and 1902. Between 1927 and 1949, the dwellings were demolished and the subject property was redeveloped with an automotive service garage on the western portion, an animal clinic on the central portion, and a seven-car storage garage on the eastern portion. The storage garage on the eastern portion was demolished and replaced with a two car storage garage by 1966. The small storage garage and animal clinic were demolished by 2006, and a commercial building was constructed on the northeastern portion by 2008. Both buildings (the original service garage and commercial building) were demolished between 2010 and 2011, and the subject property was redeveloped in 2011 with the current automotive service garage building on the central portion. The subject property has been vacant since April 2014.
