Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was initially developed prior to 1897 with a residential dwelling on the eastern portion. Two sheds were constructed between 1907 and 1912; one on the southern side and one on the western side. By 1927, the shed on the western side had been expanded as a detached car garage similar to the current layout. The dwelling and shed on the southern side were demolished by 1997, and the subject property was utilized as vehicle storage for the towing business associated with the north adjoining property from approximately 2010 until 2012. The subject property and detached car garage have remained vacant since that time.
