Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was initially developed with a commercial structure prior to 1950. By 1973, the commercial building was demolished, and the property was redeveloped with the current building (similar to the current layout) in 1975. The property was occupied by Marine Service Station (gasoline dispensing station) in at least 1965 and Dunn and Faulkner Auto Sales for an unknown time period. The property is currently utilized for storage purposes.
