Additional Property Attributes

Cluster #4 is comprised of three lots: (a) Parcel No. 22620, located at #253 C St., currently has a vacant lot and a lot with an unoccupied multi-story structure (the first floor used to be a convenience store and the second floor a residence), with a combined area of 0.05 acres; and (b) Lot No. 22711, located at #179 4 St., currently a vacant lot with an area of 0.06 acres Former Use: Presently, the Colmado Parcel is projected for commercial/residential purposes and the No. 112 Parcel is undeveloped and without a specific use. Based upon the Phase I historical findings, the two parcels were initially developed prior to 1951. At that time the properties were used for residential purposes. The No. 112 Parcel was used for residential purposes until demolished prior to 2003. The Colmado Parcel has had a mixed used for a long time. The first floor has been used as a local supermarket and the second floor for residential purposes. The properties are currently owned by the Ca�o Mart�Pe�a Community Land Trust.
