Additional Property Attributes

The previous property use was a nursing home and a then a drug and alcohol treatment facility. The original applicant for the Phase I ESA pulled out of the sale after the devastating HALLOWEEN FLOODS this year damaged the structure. An additional applicant came forward for Veteran housing; however, the bank did not approve of a loan for the post-flood structure. It is unknown if the property will be redeveloped during this cooperative agreement, as it flood damaged.

Former Use: The previous property use was a nursing home and a then a drug and alcohol treatment facility. The initial structure associated with what is now the patient living quarters and the counselors office building were reportedly built in 1962. As such, it is possible that lead-based paints or asbestos was used in the original construction of the building.
