Additional Property Attributes

The use of the site as a truck repair shop for at least 35 years was determined to be a REC as was the current and historical use of the southern and western adjoining properties as auto salvage yards. Existing floor drains and catch basin/grit trap/oil-water separator were determined to be RECs based on the possibility that spilled auto fluids entered the drains, and the unknown condition of the catch basin/grit trap/oil-water separator.

Former Use: Developed with agricultural cropland by 1953, and with the existing building in 1959.The site was used as a tool and die shop since the 1970s, and later as a truck repair shop with light maintenance activities. Historical use of the site as a truck repair shop for at least 35 years.
