Additional Property Attributes

No on-site RECs were identified during the Phase I ESA. Long-term use of adjoining properties to the south and west as auto salvage/truck maintenance facilities were identified as off-site RECs. It was determined that the off-site RECs will not hinder future industrial re-use.

Former Use: The site was agricultural cropland prior to being graded for use as a parking lot by 1976.The site is currently used as a parking lot for trucks and trailers.
