Additional Property Attributes

On July 30, 2014, hazardous building material inspections of mobile homes on Lot #26 of Omak Trailer Park were conducted for a planned demolition. Based on the nature and age of the facility, hazardous building materials of concern were asbestos and lead, including lighting and electrical components (PCB) transformers and ballasts. The inspection did not identify any materials coated with lead-based paint or LEC's. Any workers who will be impacting building materials at the property should be provided a copy of the report, which will be maintained at the site during all demolition activities.

Former Use: The main mobile home on Lot #26, designated as Trailer 1, presented as single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. An addition to the mobile home had been added to the east side of the structure. An additional mobile home, designated Trailer 2, appeared to have been historically attached to Trailer 1 from the west side. Trailer 2 was largely similar in construction to Trailer 1 but in poor condition.
