Additional Property Attributes

Hazardous building material inspection. Based on the nature and age of the facility, hazardous building materials of concerns were ACM, LCM, and lighting and electrical component (LEC) including PCB containing transformers and ballasts.

Former Use: Mobile home presented as a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal base , wood subfloors, and wood wall and ceiling joists. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. Power lines ran on the south to southeast side of the mobile home. At time of inspection, the mobile home was in very poor shape, with multiple openings in the walls and floors and debris scattered around the lot.
