Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.1607 ac), Electric utilities are known to service the Property, The Property was historically used as an automotive filling station and repair facility; The Property is comprised of commercial property currently used as an art studio; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1219 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Permian-age sedimentary rocks; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Bethany and Renthin silt loams and urban land; State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property. However, two USTs were closed in place according to receipts provided by the current property owner; and � According to historic sources, the Property was previously developed with commercial businesses related to automotive filling and repair.
