Additional Property Attributes

A prospective purchaser intends to acquire and redevelop the subject property. Redevelopment plans included demolition of existing vacant, dilapidated structures and construction of 9 residential townhouses. The proposed redevelopment project is currently on hold.

Former Use: The subject property was operated historically by Stone Printing Company. The property once included 2 building structures; a 2,800 square foot print shop with a 240 square foot basement level and a 918 square foot garage and carport. The Property contained a residential dwelling and associated garage from approximately 1906 until at least 1956. In 1921, a commercial building was constructed on the south end of the Property and used for printing operations until 2009. The current carport and garage were constructed northwest from the commercial building in 1956 and 1983, respectively. In March 2015, the commercial building caught on fire and was subsequently demolished soon after due to significant fire damage. Building debris and rubble remain within the former buildings basement and around the foundation. Leonard B. and Mary A. Crispin and Arthur A. and Janice E. St. Clair are the current owners of the subject property
