Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of one irregularly shaped parcel totaling 1.41 acres of land. There is one single story, 21,527 square foot slab on grade building that has been underutilized for much of the memorable past A prospective purchaser has acquired the property that was going through lender foreclosure; and renovated the existing building for continued commercial use.

Former Use: The subject property is located at 1110-1206 E. Oakland Avenue in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan, and consists of one irregularly shaped parcel totaling 1.408 acres of land. 543 Clippert, Inc. was the previous owner of the property. There is one single story, slab on grade building on the property. The 21,527 square foot building was constructed in 1947. Underground hydraulic hoists are currently located in the building and automotive repair is the predominant historical use of the property reportedly dated back to 1970. Three underground storage tanks (USTs) have been removed from the property and the property is listed with the MDEQ as a closed leaking underground storage tank (LUST) site.
