Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Prior to the mid-1950s, the subject property was utilized for agricultural purposes. Between 1950 and 1960, Interstate-75 was constructed on the eastern adjoining property. A residential structure appears to have been located on the subject property during this period. The existing five-story hotel building was constructed in 1968, with a pool area and tennis court. A 50-room addition was constructed on the subject property in 1974. The subject property was operated as a hotel from construction until the mid-2000s, when it was abandoned.
