Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was developed prior to 1937 with a residential structure, a commercial structure, and approximately five out-buildings that may have been associated with agricultural use. A filling station was reportedly located on the subject property in the 1950s. The filling station was subsequently renovated as a tavern/bar and reportedly burned down in the 1970s. Prior to the 1980s, the residence, the commercial structure, and the out-buildings were demolished. Since that time, the subject property has been unused. AKT Peerless was unable to determine the use of the subject property prior to 1937. As such, AKT Peerless was unable to identify the first developed use of the subject property and was therefore unable to achieve the historical research ives identified in the ASTM Standard even after reviewing the standard historical sources identified in the ASTM Standard that were reasonably ascertainable and likely to be useful. However, this data failure is considered to have a material impact upon the findings and conclusions of this report since standard historical sources in this area prior to 1937 are not reasonably ascertainable, and because past experience indicates that such standard historical sources are not likely to be sufficiently useful, accurate, or complete with respect to identifying potential environmental concerns.
