Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of agricultural land, with an undetermined land disturbance along North Dort Highway, from at least 1937 until the original portion of Subject Building 1 was constructed on the subject property in 1966. Subject Building 1 was added onto in 1968, 1979, and 1986 before being reconstructed in 1989 after a structure fire. Subject Building 2 was constructed in 1978 for storage purposes. Occupants of the subject property since construction have included the following: Vacant (1966-1968), Calvert Sales - heavy equipment sales and services (1968-1999), Rush Enterprises, Inc. - logging equipment sales and service (1999-2002), Inland Waters Pollution Control, Inc. (2002-c.2008), and most recently, Monster Recycling - an automotive scrapyard and recycling company. The subject property has been vacant since 2013.
