Additional Property Attributes

This site was selected for a Phase I because it has been an auto repair shop for the past 15 years. The Phase I ESA did not identify any RECs or CRECs. No additional investigation is warranted at this time.

Former Use: From approximately 1898 until 1950 the site was used for residential. A ware house was constructed before 1962, and additions to the building were constructed in 1970. The current warehouse building was visible by 1977. The site building was originally occupied by a construction company. Other tenants have included a distributing company, Rooter-man services, and residential, until about 15 years ago when El Compadre and Mutual Repair, automotive repair facilities, began occupying the site.
