Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.1305 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as: the east 15.5 feet of Lot Twenty-one (21) and All of Lot Twenty-two (22), of Block Twenty-one (21) of THE SOUTH ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of a 4,248 ft2 masonry building; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southwest; The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban Land; and

Former Use: State regulatory agency records indicate two historical underground storage tanks (USTs) were removed from the Property in February 1995.
