Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of two parcels of land (0.1606 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as: Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block 29 of the SOUTH OKLAHOMA ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of a tract of land with a 2,500 ft2 metal building; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property's geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban Land; and State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historical underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property.
