Additional Property Attributes

The City is considered purchasing the property and demolishing the building to encourage reuse by others, or perhaps for City use. Before contemplating further actions, the City wanted to determine if asbestos materials would be a large challenge from a financial perspective. 128(a) funds were used for an initial RACM inspection, in order to determine the scope of the RACM issue.

Former Use: The site is a former restaurant and child day care center that has been unused for some time.
