Former Use: � Historically, the subject property has contained a house since 1906 that was once used for apartments, but is now currently being rented by Wyoming Contractors Association (WCA, 611 W 20th Street) and White Feather Surgical & Aesthetics Medical Spa (615 W 20th Street). Historic use of neighboring properties includes several automotive repair and sales facilities, a lumber and building center, coal yard, construction equipment storage yard, dry cleaner, and welding shop. A railroad line has been located along Reed Avenue, within 300 feet of the parcel, for over 100 years. This parcel is also on the down gradient edge of the Cheyenne Orphan PCE Plume.
