Additional Property Attributes

Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is currently comprised of an 11,128 ft2 building with a paved parking lot; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the south; The Property elevation is approximately 1,240 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Permian-age sedimentary rocks; Soils at the Property are classified as Urban Land; State regulatory agency records indicate no current� There are 23 monitoring wells and 15 geotechnical borings located within a 0.25-mile radius of the Property. According to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) Oil and Gas Well Browse Database, there are no oil or gas wells within a 0.5-mile radius of the Property. Report Database Records The Property was not identified in any environmental databases; One RCRA-CORRACTS, one RCRA-LQG, two RCRA-CESQG, 14 LUST, eight UST, one AST, two VCP, and 11 US Brownfields sites are located within their respective ASTM E1527-13 search radii; and Of those sites, two RCRA-CESQG, four LUST, five UST and two US Brownfields sites are located adjacent to the Property or within one-eighth of a mile.

Former Use: State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historical underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property; and According to historical sources, the Property was developed with residences prior to the 1920s; by the 1940s, the Property was primarily developed with medical facilities.
